Luscious lobster sizzling on a spit, succulent soup dumpling and plump, pink prawns will be Modernist Cuisine photographer Smith’s models of choice as part of "Taste Matters," an exhibition sponsored by Hong Kong Land.
Using the sumptuous array of sixteen saliva-inducing pictorials as an inspiration, aspiring gourmands are invited to submit their finest recipe involving one of ten of the photographed ingredients.
