Thanks to post on Hong Kong Weather Underground Forum, I've just seen forecast for typhoon hitting Hong Kong on 29 July.
This is from ECMWF - the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts, which publishes forecast weather maps on its website. [However - on 25 July - now seems forecast tracks are to south of Hong Kong.]
