Is this the most intense week of music in Hong Kong ever? The Red Hot Chili Peppers and Suede all strutted their stuff this week and now it's the Silvermine Bay Beach Festival 2011 to cap the week with a flourish.
The music festival brings some of the best local indie bands together for the annual two-day beach party in a celebration of summer.
Rocking the beach of Mui Wo since 2006, the Silvermine Bay Beach Festival promises sun (and the Hong Kong Observatory reckons it'll be a scorcher), sand, sea and free entry. All the ingredients to a sweet weekend of tunes, tanning, and tipping back a drink or two.
